As a social-first creative you’ll need to craft ideas that demonstrate cultural relevance and will be responsible for the daily management of the local community and moderation of our brand's social channels, ensuring that our content resonates with local audiences and meets their needs. \nIn this role you will:\nDevelop and execute creative and engaging social media strategies in collaboration with strategy, creative teams and technology AI teams. \nManage the day-to-day handling of social media content across channels including Instagram and TikTok adapting content to suit different channels.\nSpot social opportunities within wider creative ideas.\nUse AI tools to propose and create social content.\nDevelop a monthly social editorial calendar and align with the wider content team.\nCreate content in-the-moment in response to social trends.\nEnsure legal compliance of content (e.g. copyright and data protection).\nDevelop innovative creative in response to client briefs, alongside identifying proactive opportunities to develop social content that will fulfill the brand objectives.\nPresent ideas comprehensively to clients and colleagues, confidently explaining and supporting your thinking.\nAmend and redevelop content in response to feedback.\nUnderstand performance metrics, and use them to inform future creative development.\nBe responsible for the full creative funnel, from ideation to creation of social content.\nUnderstand social platforms and trends in real time to trigger new ideas and proposals for campaigns.\nExperience you already have:\nA social native, active across a multitude of platforms.\nDemonstrate passion for socially-led creative thinking.\n2+ years of proven work experience as a social-first creative for an agency / brand.\nExperience of developing exciting social executions for brands.\nBasic experience in the use of AI tools for creating scripts and visual content.\nA keen eye on emerging social trends across platforms\nExperience of crafting reactive content in response to social trends.\nExperience working on brave, innovative brands, looking to push cultural boundaries.\nA keen eye for visual details and accuracy.\nA deep understanding of consumer behaviour, and adapting content plans to address the needs of the community.\nExcellent English written and verbal communication skills.\nA great team player, that can work hand to hand with tech areas.\nExperience of basic camera work, editing and design is a bonus.\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
