Reporting to a Senior Creative Producer, you will partner with our Accounts Services team and alongside clients to develop creative that drives results.\nCreative Responsibilities: \nPossess an understanding of direct response media, platform best practices and creative execution for the sake of performance, along with willingness to learn the details of paid media strategy.\nUnderstand short-form video production processes, timelines, and how to run a project efficiently.\nServe as the fulcrum between concept and execution, working closely in collaboration with clients and creative teams of Designers and Editor / Animators.\nHelping translate creative/client briefs into direct response design, video and animation assets for paid platforms (including but not limited to Facebook, Google, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube), both net-new and from existing client materials.\nYou are a people-person and self-starter, who can speak creative in a way that bridges client vision with team collaboration throughout a timely production process. \nYou kickstart new projects by reaching out to the right people at the right time and by being the right person when clients reach out to us -- responding to client briefs and co-creating pitches, treatments and proposals. \nYou are timely and punctual, setting up meetings and acting alongside our in-house creatives from pitch to proposal to delivery. You’re the pacer and peacemaker and guiding oversight on creative projects, principally responsible for timely and exceptional delivery.\nScoping and quoting projects to agency rates, as well as establishing and maintaining project schedules.\nComfort with copywriting / script concept and development alongside teams and clients.\nAct as the quality-assurance bridge between our internal team and our clients, providing internal feedback that makes external deliveries smooth.\nCreative Responsibilities: \nPartner with Editor/Animators and Designers on a variety of deliverables. As part of the team, you’ll collaborate with creative team members nationally.\nLook after the creative production process and improve the work by offering new angles, best practices and practical solutions -- ensuring projects meet and exceed our standards.\nBe keen to learn from others and push yourself to make good work into great work. \nPartner alongside Account & Channel teams in order to find opportunities to foster and grow new opportunities for the agency.\nWorking across teams and time zones to develop design concepts to drive client paid media performance.\nAbout You\nThe essentials:\n2-5 years technical experience with performance creative production (preferably at a performance-focused agency)\nPortfolio is required\nClient-facing communication experience\nExceptional organizational skills, exhibited in a fast-paced environment\nDeep familiarity with short form content and production cadences\n4 year college degree (preferably in a related field) or equivalent work experience\nNot a must, but a plus:\nExperience with Facebook/Instagram ad design\nExperience with banner ad design (IAB standards)\nAbility to generate Presentation decks (Google Slides, Powerpoint, etc.)\nB2C and B2B experience\nPrevious agency experience\nUGC production experience\nAdditional Skills:\nAttention to detail\nCreative and can adapt to changing circumstances\nCan prioritize and work within specific time frames\nSolid project management and ability to stay organized\nOpenness to team and client feedback\nStrong time management skills to be effective and efficient\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n#LI-OG1 #LI-Hybrid\nThis role is subject to our Return to Office (RTO) policy. If you reside within a commutable distance of one of our office locations, you will be expected to work from the office a set number of days per week.
