This role is designed for a Community Manager or Social Content Creator with prior experience who is ready to take the next step in their career.\nWhat You Will Do (Key Responsibilities)\nSocial Strategy: Work on multi-platform social content strategies aligned with brand goals, answering to channel roadmaps and test-and-optimize methodologies.\n\nCreative Vision & Trends: Provide creative input and judgment by identifying real-time opportunities across LATAM culture, entertainment, series, movies, and viral conversations.\n\nAudience Intelligence & Social Listening: Operate social listening tools to analyze sentiment, detect emerging trends, and translate daily community conversations into actionable strategic insights.\n\nAI-First Ecosystem: Integrate generative AI tools (copilots, prompting, automations) to accelerate brief ideation, optimize copy/format creation, and measure content performance.\n\nProduction Oversight & Roll-out: Work closely with creative leaders, editors, and data managers to ensure the strategic vision is executed with the right tone of voice and at key publishing moments.\n\nMeasurement & Impact: Define and monitor KPIs for community health, A/B testing, and social-first campaign effectiveness, presenting periodic reports and optimization recommendations.\n\nWhat We Are Looking For (Experience & Skills)\nBackground: 2-4 years of experience in Community Management, Social Media, or Content Creation, with a proven portfolio showing brand growth in LATAM.\n\nSocial Native DNA: Organic and paid mastery of audience behavior on TikTok, Instagram, X, and YouTube.\n\nStrategic Mindset + Creative Judgment: Ability to structure creative briefs, conceptualize narrative angles, and defend strategic proposals before clients and creative leaders (ECDs / HoCs / Planners).\n\nTech & AI Fluency: Familiarity with prompt engineering (OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, Midjourney) and social management/listening suites (Sprinklr, Brandwatch, Sprout Social).\n\nProactive & Flexible Mindset: A problem-solving and communicative attitude with the drive to ask questions and propose solutions.
