You would be part of a Global IT team focusing on a hybrid blend of office support & remote support Our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity.\nIn this role, you would be responsible for the following:\nDelivering IT support across the globe via our ticketing system, mainly focusing on issues in the LATAM region.\nOffer in-office IT support to our Buenos Aires office 5 days a week (defined by the company) or on a case-by-case basis. \nProvide first-line support to troubleshoot IT-related issues, big or small, by video call or slack chat. \nOnboarding and Offboarding of employee accounts & technology, including managing employee accounts & account lifecycles. \nAuditing & maintaining IT policies, procedures & documentation that provide technical support to the entire organization.\nAuditing & maintaining al inventory/assets management\nTechnical experience needed for this role:\n3+ years of experience in IT support\nGood communication skills - both written and verbal (English)\nExcellent knowledge of general ticketing systems & proper basic IT troubleshooting steps.\nExtensive Mac and macOS knowledge (Windows knowledge is a plus)\nHands-on experience with MDM software, Google Workspace, and general asset management, Microsoft Active directory, Powershell basic knowledge. \nApplication support for creative and business software packages.\nMS365, Adobe, Azure, Slack, etc\nKnowledge of networking, client-server applications, multi-tier web applications, relational databases, firewalls, VPNs, & enterprise Antivirus products\nExperience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Crowdstrike, Office365, Slack, and Freshservice, SSO solutions (OneLogin, OKTA, DUO)\nOur team is looking for the following: \nMust have strong interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills - a considerable amount of independence is needed for this job as you'll primarily work alone in the office while representing the Global IT team.\nHave a tremendous Team-Oriented attitude to help other colleagues and departments with technical problems! \nHave the willingness to solve complicated problems, give out-of-the-box solutions & see projects through to completion.\nHave the ability to manage time & effectively prioritize numerous projects at one time. \nPlusses:\nExperience with automation tools such as Workato or BetterCloud \nExperience with Freshservice is a plus! \nWorking experience with Linux or Windows systems\nExperience with Ethical Hacking tools, such as vulnerability scanners and network mapping tools \nAdditionally, our ideal candidate is a fast and flexible go-getter who jumps on new opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and productivity!
