As a Lead Fullstack Engineer, you set the technical direction for the build: you make the architecture calls, establish the patterns the rest of the team follows, and stay hands-on in the codebase. You are the person who can move across the entire stack and raise the quality bar wherever you land.\nYou'll lead within a Monks delivery team, working closely with clients and product to shape scope and trade-offs, own the hard technical decisions, and help the engineers around you do their best work.\nWe're all-in on agentic engineering.
