Working with Production and Operations, you'll look past what a brief asks for to understand what the project actually needs, then cast for it based on three things: the type of person, the activities they'll perform, and the outcome expected.\nYou don't need a Resource Manager title to be a great fit. If you're a Project Manager, Producer, or Ops specialist who enjoys the talent-matching puzzle more than running timelines end to end, this role is a strong next step.\nWhat You'll Do\nCasting & Intake\nPartner with Production and Ops to turn client briefs into clear talent requirements.\nStaff for skills and versatility, not job titles, favoring multidisciplinary talent who can work across mediums.\nBalance critical client work with growth opportunities for our people.\nCapacity Planning\nSolve daily staffing challenges, including last-minute requests, shifting timelines, and competing priorities, while protecting quality and team well-being.\nBuild and grow talent pipelines across Latin America.\nKeep capacity and allocation data accurate and up to date.\nUtilization & Budget\nMonitor rosters to hit utilization goals, reducing bench time while preventing burnout.\nOptimize external spend, and bring in vetted freelancers quickly when needed.\nManage freelance contracts and partner with Finance on budgets and onboarding.\nWhat You Bring\n 4+ years in a digital agency, in resource management, project management, production, or creative operations.\nStrong understanding of the digital production lifecycle and its disciplines, such as Motion, UX/UI, Strategy, QA, Copywriting, Development, and AI.\nAbility to read a brief or SOW and estimate the talent and effort it requires.\nExperience with resource management tools (Smartsheet, Mavenlink, 10,000ft, or similar).\nComfort with utilization data and forecasting to support staffing decisions.\nKnowledge of the LATAM digital talent market; a trusted freelance network is a plus.\nClear, confident communication in English, both written and spoken.\nHow You Work\nBig picture and fine detail: You see the full pipeline and individual schedules at once, and anticipate bottlenecks.\nDiplomatic: You negotiate well with senior producers and creative leads, and offer strong alternatives when the first choice isn't available.\nPeople-first: You know your talent's strengths, ambitions, and limits, and staff with that in mind.\nClarity from ambiguity: You find the real need behind a vague request.\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
