You’ll own the end-to-end lifecycle-from research and requirements to launch and iteration-steering vision, prioritizing roadmaps, and making data-informed decisions. This is a remote role with occasional travel.\nResponsibilities\nServe as a trusted advisor to clients, leading product-related decisions and stakeholder alignment.\nConduct market, business, and user research to translate insights into product strategy and roadmaps.\nDefine product vision and KPIs; manage backlogs, prioritize features, and make trade-offs.\nFacilitate discovery, requirements workshops, and cross-functional collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Delivery.\nLead agile ceremonies with globally distributed teams; manage risks, dependencies, and timelines.\nOversee launches and drive iterative improvements based on metrics and user feedback.\nMentor associate and mid-level PMs; contribute to process and methodology improvements.\nEvangelize strong product culture emphasizing customer-centricity, experimentation, and continuous improvement.\nAbout You\n Qualifications & Skills\n5+ years in product management leading end-to-end software product lifecycle.\nStrong discovery, prioritization, and requirements elicitation experience.\nSolid understanding of web technologies, software development, and APIs.\nProven client-facing consulting and stakeholder management skills.\nProficiency with agile methodologies and tools (Jira); familiarity with Figma/Miro.\nData-driven approach with KPI definition and product analytics literacy.\nGoal-oriented, autonomous, organized; effective communicator and collaborator.\nNice to have: Prior consulting experience; Scrum Master/Product Owner certification; experience mentoring and team building.\nAt .Monks, we believe in fostering an environment where a diversity of perspectives can thrive.
