This role will translate incoming requests into clear tasks, timelines and handoffs while maintaining visibility across priorities, reviews and delivery.\nThe ideal candidate is process-oriented, exceptionally detail-focused and comfortable working autonomously in an environment where priorities and information may evolve quickly. You will keep the team moving, identify gaps before they become blockers and ensure every deliverable is accurate, complete and properly trafficked.\nAn interest in AI, emerging technology and new approaches to creative production is essential.\nThis is a 6 month Fixed Term Contract with a possibility of extension or conversion. \nWhat You'll Do\nManage projects from intake and briefing through production, review, approval and final delivery.\nTranslate incoming requests into clear tasks, owners, timelines, dependencies and next steps.\nMaintain project trackers, production schedules, status reports and delivery documentation.\nTraffic work across design, motion, editorial, technical and client teams.\nPrioritize requests based on urgency, complexity, available capacity and business need.\nConfirm that briefs, source materials, specifications and required approvals are in place before production begins.\nCoordinate handoffs across locations and shifts, documenting current status, decisions, open questions and next actions.\nUse sound judgment to determine when work should be completed within the regional team rather than creating an unnecessary cross-shift handoff.\nConsolidate feedback, clarify conflicting comments and recommend practical resolution paths.\nConduct producer-level QA for completeness, accuracy, specifications, naming conventions, version control and alignment with the approved brief.\nEnsure final assets are packaged, documented and delivered through the appropriate channels.\nMonitor timelines and risks, proactively communicating issues and proposing solutions.\nOperate independently, using sound judgment to move work forward when direction is incomplete or priorities shift.\nPartner with creative and production leads to improve workflows, templates and team processes.\nUse approved AI and production tools to support organization, documentation, consistency and efficiency.\nMaintain discretion when working with confidential and highly sensitive information.\nWhat You'll Bring\n6+ years of experience in creative production, program management or project management within an agency, technology company or in-house creative organization.\nExperience managing rapid-turn digital, web, editorial, design and motion deliverables.\nStrong task-management, trafficking and production-planning skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and a strong eye for creative and technical QA.\nDemonstrated ability to work autonomously, make informed decisions and navigate ambiguity.\nExperience managing multiple concurrent priorities across distributed teams.\nStrong understanding of creative workflows, review cycles, asset specifications, version control and delivery requirements.\nAbility to distinguish critical issues from lower-priority feedback and keep work moving.\nExperience working effectively across regions, time zones and distributed teams.\nProfessional fluency in written and spoken English is required.\nClear, concise communication and documentation skills.\nInterest in AI, emerging technology and production innovation.\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
