You should be comfortable combining traditional design workflows with AI-assisted tools, particularly within the Google ecosystem.\nIn this role, you will:\nVisual Asset Creation: Design and produce polished digital assets based on creative concepts, existing visual systems, templates, and brand guidelines.\nAdvanced Figma Production: Build and maintain scalable Figma files using components, modules, variants, Auto Layout, styles, and reusable design systems to enable efficient production and adaptation.\nStoryboard & Animation Design: Create clear and visually compelling storyboards, frames, and design assets that can be handed off to Motion Designers or animation teams.\nPresentation Design: Develop and refine presentations primarily in Google Slides and Figma, translating creative ideas and information into visually engaging, well-structured decks.\nAsset Adaptation & Production: Resize, adapt, and version creative assets across multiple formats, placements, and digital channels while maintaining visual consistency.\nCollaboration: Partner with Art Directors, Creative Directors, Copywriters, Motion Designers, and other creative stakeholders to translate ideas into effective visual solutions.\nQuality & Consistency: Ensure all deliverables follow brand guidelines, design systems, and production standards while maintaining strong attention to detail.\nNice to Have Skills\nUX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of UX/UI principles, digital product design, responsive layouts, and interaction patterns.\nExperience creating design systems and component libraries.\nExperience preparing design files and storyboards for animation or motion production.\nFamiliarity with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.\nExperience working with global or distributed creative teams.\nAI-Assisted Design Workflows: Incorporate Google AI tools into the creative process for ideation, visual exploration, asset generation, and production support.\nRequired Experience & Qualifications\n3+ years of experience as a Visual Designer, Digital Designer, Production Designer, or similar role within an agency, in-house creative team, or digital production environment.\nAdvanced proficiency in Figma, including:\nComponents and variants\nAuto Layout\nLibraries and reusable modules\nStyles and design systems\nTemplate creation and scalable asset production\nStrong experience creating digital assets and adapting existing creative work across multiple formats and specifications.\nStrong visual design fundamentals, including typography, composition, hierarchy, layout, and color.\nExperience designing storyboards and visual sequences for animation or motion projects.\nProficiency working within the Google Workspace ecosystem, particularly Google Slides.\nExperience using Google AI tools as part of creative and production workflows.\nFluent or fully professional proficiency in both English and Spanish, with the ability to collaborate with English-speaking teams and stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple deliverables and work independently in fast-paced environments.\nTechnical Skills & Toolset\n1.
