In this role, you'll be responsible for managing project scope, timelines, resources, and priorities while building strong relationships with multiple clients and ensuring projects meet their business objectives.\nYou'll play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, maintaining clear communication with stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered according to the agreed Scope of Work (SOW).\nRole & Responsibilities\nBuild a strong understanding of clients, their businesses, and objectives, translating their needs into clear project plans and actionable recommendations.\nManage projects closely with clients and internal teams, ensuring alignment on objectives, deliverables, timelines, and the agreed SOW.\nBuild and strengthen relationships with consumer brands through proactive communication, effective coordination, and consistent project delivery.\nAct as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams, ensuring clear communication, alignment, and visibility throughout the project lifecycle.\nProactively manage project timelines, resources, and workloads, ensuring teams are properly coordinated to meet deadlines and deliverables.\nSchedule, track, and prioritize assignments using project management tools such as Monday, timelines, and tracking dashboards.\nMonitor project progress through data and social media tracking dashboards, identifying potential risks and opportunities.\nPrepare and share risk reports to keep stakeholders informed about project status, potential challenges, and required actions.\nParticipate in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), supporting business reviews and project performance discussions.\nCollaborate with cross-functional and multi-market teams to ensure the effective delivery of proposals, campaigns, and ongoing projects.\nBrief team members on project objectives, deliverables, and expectations, keeping all stakeholders informed of progress and potential roadblocks.\nLeverage AI methodologies to identify opportunities to optimize workflows and improve project management processes.\nEvaluate completed projects, identifying opportunities to improve processes, workflows, and overall delivery.\nYou Should Have\n5 years of experience in project management, ideally within a digital agency environment.\nExperience working with consumer brands and managing projects for global brands.\nStrong knowledge of the digital and social media landscape.\nStrong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including social media, paid media, IM, and other digital channels and brand touchpoints.\nExperience managing multiple clients and building strong client relationships.\nSolid understanding of SOW,, project planning, timelines, resource allocation, and workload management.\nExperience using project management tools such as Monday, as well as timelines and project tracking dashboards.\nExperience monitoring project performance through data and social media tracking dashboards.\nExperience preparing risk reports and participating in Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).\nKnowledge of AI methodologies and their application to optimize workflows and processes.\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively with both clients and internal teams.\nAbility to identify potential challenges, communicate risks, and proactively drive solutions.\nAdvanced English proficiency is preferred\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
