Working alongside client stakeholders, this role will refine complex technical material into clear, engaging content for consumer-facing audiences who are already comfortable with technology.\nThis role is primarily focused on editing and adapting approved source content rather than writing technical narratives from scratch. The ideal candidate can improve clarity, structure and tone without diluting technical meaning, introducing inaccuracies or oversimplifying the subject matter.\nAn interest in AI, emerging technology and new approaches to creative production is essential.\nResponsibilities:\nEdit and refine technical editorial and marketing content for clarity, accuracy, flow and audience relevance.\nPreserve essential technical meaning while making complex information accessible and engaging.\nAdapt approved source copy across web, social, video, presentation and other digital formats.\nCreate copy variants based on platform requirements, audience needs, character limits and established messaging.\nDevelop and refine headlines, subheads, summaries, captions, calls to action and on-screen copy.\nApply approved copy within design layouts, working closely with designers to balance meaning, hierarchy and available space.\nPartner with subject matter experts to clarify technical details and resolve gaps or inconsistencies.\nWork with producers to track copy status, approvals, source material and open questions.\nConsolidate editorial feedback and recommend resolutions when comments are subjective, conflicting or unclear.\nMaintain established terminology, naming conventions, voice and editorial standards.\nConduct thorough copy QA across spelling, grammar, punctuation, factual consistency, links, versioning and platform specifications.\nDocument approved language, recurring feedback and editorial decisions for future use.\nUse approved AI and editorial tools to support research, comparison, versioning and efficiency while maintaining human editorial judgment.\nMaintain discretion when working with confidential and highly sensitive information.\nCollaborate with client stakeholders and a distributed creative team operating across multiple locations and shifts.
