We are looking for someone who is passionate about seeking new opportunities to create impactful work.\nResponsibilities:\nServe as a senior strategic advisor to key client stakeholders, defining long-term brand and social-first strategies aligned with commercial ambitions in the German market and beyond.\n\nDistill and translate global and regional brand strategies into culturally resonant, actionable plans tailored for local market execution.\n\nChampion and actively integrate emerging technology and AI tools across the end-to-end strategy process, from insight generation and generative research to brief writing and performance evaluation.\n\nPartner closely with Client Success, Creative, Data, and Production teams to craft ambitious, insight-led briefs and integrated scopes of work.\n\nLead the development of platform-agnostic and social-first strategies, bridging content planning, community dynamics, and performance thinking.\n\nProactively identify new business and organic expansion opportunities across client accounts through sharp industry analysis and thought leadership.\n\nMentor and educate cross-functional team members on cultural nuance, industry trends, and innovative strategic methodologies.\n\nAbout You\nThe essentials:\nProfessional fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential.\n\nProven track record in a strategic role within an agency or consultancy, demonstrating mastery in both brand strategy and social-first thinking.\n\nDeep knowledge of the German consumer and media landscape, paired with experience navigating regional or global account frameworks.\n\nActive interest or practical, hands-on experience integrating AI tools and advanced research platforms into strategic workflows.\n\nStrong client leadership skills with proven success advising senior stakeholders and presenting complex ideas with clarity.\n\nExcellent storytelling, presentation, and creative briefing capabilities.\n\nNot a must, but a plus:\nDirect experience developing strategies across major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn) and creator/influencer ecosystems.\n\nFamiliarity with social commerce dynamics and emerging interactive digital formats.\n\nStrong analytical background with experience leveraging data analytics and media planning insights to inform creative direction.\n\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
