You’ll work across design, content, and development stages to make sure every asset is not only pixel-perfect and on-brand, but also works as intended across devices, browsers, and user journeys. We’re looking for someone detail-oriented, collaborative, and proactive - someone who can spot inconsistencies, validate functionality, and help improve the overall quality and consistency of our outputs.\nResponsibilities:\nReview and QA designs, animations, e-mails and newsletters for pixel perfect execution, consistency, copy accuracy, and adherence to strict branding and platform specifications.\nTest user flows across multiple surfaces, interactions, layouts, and behaviors to ensure seamless execution.\nProvide detailed, constructive feedback to creative and development teams, acting as the final checkpoint before public release.\nUse Jira, Confluence and other project management tools to document, track, and report bugs or visual inconsistencies, and ensure timely resolution.\nContinuously refine and integrate QA processes within the wider production workflow, identifying opportunities to boost efficiency and quality.\nMaintain accurate, insightful QA documentation to track trends and guide improvements.\nCollaborate with producers, designers, and developers to ensure the highest creative standards are met in a fast-paced environment\nAbout You\nThe essentials:\n2-3 years of hands-on QA experience, ideally with exposure to both functional and visual testing.\nStrong eye for design, layout, spacing, composition, consistency, and detail, with working proficiency in Figma or comparable design tools.\nExperience reviewing digital deliverables across multiple devices and browsers.\nGood understanding of digital media specs and cross-device requirements\nExcellent organization and prioritization skills-able to manage multiple projects while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.\nClear communicator, adept at providing thorough and actionable feedback to creative and production teams.\nVersed in QA and production tracking tools, particularly Jira and Excel.\nPositive, solutions-oriented mindset with a natural drive for continuous improvement\nPrevious experience in a marketing, advertising or digital production environment.\nNot a Must but a Plus:\nKnowledge and interest in learning about generative agentic AI, automation processes and tech.\nAbout Monks\nMonks is the global, digital-first, data-driven, unitary operating brand of S4Capital plc, where our culture centers on how we show up for the work and for one another.
