BIM Engineers are the primary production delivery resource for ARKANCE US BIM services involving modeling and coordination of various trades and content creation.Job Description\nQualifications\n\nAdvanced skills in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, BIM360 Docs, etc.\n\nProficiency with MEP modeling and spooling preferred.\n\nEffectively utilize Microsoft Office software for completion of various tasks (i.e., Word, Excel, OneNote, Outlook)\n\nStrong skillset in the use of Bluebeam solutions.\n\nContinuously demonstrate self-improvement.\n\nShow excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.\n\nExhibit a proactive attitude and demonstrate strong self-motivational attributes.\n\nDemonstrate a sense of pride and adhere to high standards and quality BIM Engineer I (or equivalent).\n\nEssential Functions\nCreating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, DWV, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing, Process Pipe and/or Electrical BIMs\n\nLead BIM Coordination meetings and exhibit a strong understanding of construction principles.\n\nSupport room for our trades in the interstitial space\n\nCollaborating with other disciplines and provide subject matter leadership to the delivery team(s) when needed\n\nAiding in the creation of Revit families, as needed\n\nAssist with the estimation and scoping of new project opportunities.\n\nComplete weekly accounting of time
