This role oversees a combined turnover of €50M+ and a headcount of 150 employees (80 based in CZ) in a fast-changing environment. This is a replacement position and a key role within our Finance organization.Job Description\nThe East EMEA Controller will manage all Controlling and FP&A activities across the four countries, including:\nMonth-end closing reporting and analysis\nForecasting and Budget processes\nYou will leverage accounting data produced by local accounting teams and work with Oracle Netsuite ERP and IBM Planning Analytics (IBM-PA).\n Key Responsibilities\nProvide accurate financial visibility to local business leaders and EMEA management.\nMonth-End Closing:Prepare standardized closing packages for Turnover, EBITDA, Headcount, and Opex by cost centers.\nPerform profitability analysis by profit centers.\nCommunicate results to local and EMEA management teams and escalate issues when necessary.\nForecasting & Budget:Lead and coordinate forecast processes with local teams.\nChallenge business leaders to deliver quality forecasts and actionable plans.\nProduce forecasts for Headcount, P&L, Balance Sheet, and Free Cash Flow using group reporting tools.\nAct as a Business Partner to Sales and Services teams:Organize and lead closing and forecast meetings.\nContribute to action plans to optimize EBITDA and identify risks/opportunities.\nDrive improvements in reporting packages and support automation projects using BI
