Ти потрапиш в команду, де вже є напрацювання — і де є простір для самостійних рішень.\n\nВимоги\n\nГлибокий досвід із LangChain / LangGraph (chains, agents, orchestration, state management)\n\nПроєктування та розробка агентських систем: ReAct, планування, multi-agent workflows\n\nАлгоритми і концепції ML\n\nМаєш досвід використання deep learning для вирішення задач NLP\n\nРеалізація tool use / function calling: інтеграція зовнішніх API, баз даних, сервісів\n\nПатерни RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation): vector stores, chunking strategies, hybrid search\n\nОбов'язки\n\nПроєктувати та розробляти агентські системи на базі LangChain/LangGraph для внутрішніх AI-продуктів\n\nСтворювати multi-agent workflows: координація агентів, розподіл задач, управління станом\n\nРеалізовувати tool integrations: підключення зовнішніх сервісів, API, баз даних до агентів\n\nБудувати та оптимізувати RAG-пайплайни: вибір стратегій chunking, embedding models, retrieval\n\nВиводити агентів у production: забезпечувати надійність, масштабованість, моніторинг\n\nЕкспериментувати з різними LLM-провайдерами та оптимізувати cost/quality tradeoffs\n\nСтворювати evaluation pipelines для оцінки якості агентів\n\nБуде плюсом\n\nFine-tuning моделей: LoRA, QLoRA\n\nУмови роботи\n\nгідна винагорода та її регулярний перегляд за результатами\n\nгнучкий графік роботи без трекерів і параної\n\nможливість гібридної роботи, в офісі або повністю віддалено\n\nвідпустка 18 робочих днів на рік (чи 24 календарних) + 2 дні для форс-мажорів + 6 днів для
