# Java Technical Lead

We are looking for a Senior Tech Lead - Java to drive the architecture, design, and development of scalable, high-performance applications. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and AWS and be capable of leading a team of engineers in building enterprise-grade solutions. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of complex, scalable, and high-performance Java applications. Architect and implement Microservices-based solutions using Spring Boot. Optimise and enhance existing applications for performance, scalability, and reliability. Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and guidance to the development team. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Management, DevOps, and QA, to deliver high-quality software. Ensure best practices in coding, testing, security, and deployment. Design and implement cloud-native applications using AWS services such as EC2 Lambda, S3 RDS, API Gateway, and Kubernetes. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues and system bottlenecks.
