Advanced troubleshooting of defects, process inconsistencies, and ability to identify problems between mold, machine, and material provides opportunities to optimize the current process and improve the overall molding process.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities:\nProvide production process support to the Plant Manager as the internal processing expert in injection molding\nStartup injection molding machines; size ranges 180T to 1100T\nStartup automation cells including Fanuc robots and assembly equipment\nUses all machine brands and controllers: Engel, JSW\nProgram robots used to pick parts from molding machine and place on conveyors\nSet up auxiliary equipment used in the molding process; temperature control units, heater controllers, material blenders, hot stamp equipment\nPerform advanced plastic process troubleshooting for defects\nTroubleshoot auxiliary equipment and automation cell equipment\nSupport Engineering with new mold and machine start ups\nIdentify processing inconsistencies and cause mold, machine, or material \nUse IQMS for production schedule planning, downtime, and reject coding\nConduct Quality Audits to validate quality of finished goods at time of molding\nAudit process parameter log history, identify trends and molding performance concerns, and take appropriate action\nConduct training of Supervisors and Cell Technicians on shift, improving their process and root cause skills\nQualifications:\n7+ years of experience in plastic injection molding processes\nExperience with robots and automation desirable\nExperience with Engel, JSW, United Silicone, TCU’s, and utility systems is highly desirable\nHighly responsible and reliable with self-initiative \nFlexible and adaptable to priority changes\nDemonstrates problem solving skills with the focus on root cause analysis \nComprehensive Benefits & Perks:\n Financial Wellness: 401(k) retirement plan with company match and annual/quarterly bonus opportunities.\nHealth Coverage: Medical, dental, and vision insurance.\nSecurity: Short-term and long-term disability insurance.\nOptional Extras: Employee-paid voluntary life insurance and supplemental benefits.\nTime Off: Competitive PTO, paid holidays, and a company-paid Christmas shutdown.\nUnique Perks: Raffles for concerts, sports, and entertainment tickets.\n Locally sourced prize raffles.\n\nWho we are:\nMonoflo International, Inc. stands as a prominent provider of innovative and eco-friendly business-to-business reusable packaging solutions.
