Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.\nJob Description:\nJob Description\nAdministrative Assistant - SW\nReporting to: EU Controller, Europe\nMonolithic Power Systems (MPS) provides power circuits for systems found in cloud computing, telecom infrastructure, automotive, industrial and consumer applications.\nMPS is seeking an energetic, efficient, self-motivated and resourceful team player to be a member of its Administration staff supporting our local office activities in Schaffhausen, Switzerland.\nEssential Functions:\n:\nSAP Concur (Travel and Expense) key user supporting Travel Expense reimbursement end to end.\n\nWorks closely with Accounting and Finance teams supporting AP and AR operations.\n\nInvoice entries, reconciliation of accounts.\n\nCoordination with Facilities team, vendors and service providers.\n\nPurchase requests and office/marketing supplies\n\nManages correspondence\n\nSupports travel arrangements\n\nSupports event organization.\n\nSupports training and onboarding.\n\nSupports Health and Security plan, implementation and document maintenance.\n\nSupports ESG reporting.\n\nSupports for ad hoc projects as assigned.\n\nQUALIFICATIONS:\nBS/BA degree in business, administration or related field\n\n>3 years’ experience\n\nVery good knowledge of Excel, Power Point, Teams and other MS applications.\n\nFluent in German, English and French.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills.\n\nExcellent organization skills.\n\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
