Job Description:

The primary purpose of this position is to provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations of MPS Taipei Office. Duties may include performing reception tasks, corporate event coordination, and other organizational duties.

Essential Functions:

• General reception duties including handling incoming telephone enquiries, greeting visitors in a professional manner, assisting in meeting room booking and issuing visitor badges.
• Responsible for distribution of incoming mails, managing outgoing mails, organizing bulk mailing and courier service.
• Office supplies coordination and inventory control.
• Support Management on administrative tasks or other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor degree preferred.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Outlook applications
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Mature in manner, with an excellent telephone manner and ability to represent MPS in the most positive light.
• Being pro-active in identifying areas for improvement.
• Ability to effectively multi-task projects with attention to detail.
• Can maintain highly confidential information.
