Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.\nJob Description:\nJob Summary:\nThe Business Development Manager is responsible for creating new business and growing revenue for the audio module product line, working closely with field application and regional sales team to drive new business in North America market.\nResponsibilities:\nIdentify and manage new audio module business opportunities\nManage the design-in process and have intimate knowledge of the key decision makers, next actions, and requirements to win the design. \nCollaborate with field sales to identify appropriate contacts in customer organizations\nProvide regular training for field application and sales engineers \nConsolidate customer feedback and provide input to product roadmap\nBuild and maintain strong relationship with key customers.\nQualifications:\n5+ years’ experience in audio solution business development, application support or sales\nAbility to convert market and technology trends into business opportunities\nDemonstrate strong communication skills\nWilling to travel to customers\nSelf-motivated and organized\nAutomotive account knowledge is preferred\nEducation:\nBSEE or higher\nLocation:\nUS (San Jose, Kirkland)\nMPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
