The CSR has a key role, acting as intermediary between our sales managers, our China facility operators and our local customers, distributors and reps.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport Sales Managers with reportings, quotes, projects follow up, customers requests etc.\nAssist the sales operators located in China as needed with daily tasks including but not limited to: Purchase orders registrations and orders modifications, follow up with shipments reschedules, communicate trackings etc…\nSupport requests from MPS Now\nDatabase updates:New Customer accounts creation\nNew Projects registrations and updates\nSamples requests registrations and shipment follow up\nQuotations registrations\n\nCustomer payments follow up\nMiscellaneous customer service support tasks: Lead time check, stock checks, shipment follow up, basic product information, etc…\nRequested skills:\nExcellent level in English (both spoken and written)\nGood communication skills\nSelf driven\nTeam work\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
