This role is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the local office and for maintaining and supporting our critical infrastructure across US and EMEA.\nJob Responsibilities\nServe as a central point of contact, working with other team members to maintain and operate the network, video conferencing, Linux servers, and help desk support.\nProvide desktop support to all local users.\nOwn Active Directory and DNS infrastructure for US/EMEA with high availability and high performance, including migrating critical components to Microsoft Azure.\nMaintain and improve our O365 security posture.\nRoll out MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication) and SSO to all EMEA users.\nOperate and maintain Zoom and Microsoft Teams infrastructure.\nLead the next-generation phone system rollout - IP-Phone infrastructure for EMEA.\nPartner with the Security Engineering team to roll out DLP and EDR clients to all supported endpoints; maintain and uphold our security standards.\nSupport our engineering community and production Linux infrastructure - install, upgrade, and maintain the health of Linux servers.\nBack up all servers and restore on request.\nRequired Qualifications\nBS in Computer Science, or equivalent relevant work experience.\nStrong hands-on experience in the following areas:Microsoft Azure\nActive Directory, DNS, Exchange, O365\nEmail security platforms - Proofpoint, Armorblox\nZoom integration - Zoom Rooms, Zoom Voice\nFortinet - SSLVPN\nSSO - Beyond Identity\nMicrosoft SCCM\n\nFamiliarity with the NIST cybersecurity framework.\nGitLab experience.\nWindows and Linux system administration experience.\nScripting, coding, and automation skills (Python, Ansible, PowerShell).\nExcellent written and verbal communication skills in English.\nExcellent troubleshooting skills across Linux servers, desktop, and networking.\nTeam player - collaborates effectively with team members and shares knowledge.\nProject management experience - waterfall and agile methodologies.\nITIL v4 certification.\nMicrosoft certifications - O365 and Azure.\nPreferred Qualifications (Plus)\nGerman language proficiency (spoken and written) is a strong plus.\nExperience supporting a multi-site, multi-region IT environment.\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
