At MPS, we cultivate creativity, are passionate about sustainability, and are committed to providing leading-edge products and innovation to our customers.\nWe are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR and Admin Specialist to join our team in Hong Kong based in Hong Kong Science and Technology Park. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and administrative functions, with at least 5 years of relevant experience. This role requires a proactive individual who can manage HR daily tasks, supporting hiring process, and handle a variety of administrative duties to ensure the smooth operation of our office. This will be a great role for someone who is looking to advance their career in a fast growing company.\nResponsibilities:\nAdministration\nWork with vendors and Facility team for local office decoration, maintenance and repairs, ensuring the office environment is conducive to productivity and innovation.\nDaily office supplies management, including office supplies procurement, distribution and inventory,submission and processing of government official documents, fostering robust government relations..\nGreet and assist visitors, clients and employees at front desk, issue and manage employee badges and access cards.\nAssist in booking travel arrangements, including flights, hotels, and transportation for employees. Prepare travel itineraries and ensure smooth travel logistics.\nProvide administrative support to senior management and other departments as needed.\nHandle ad-hoc tasks and projects to support day-to-day business operations.\nHuman Resources\nPerform daily HR tasks, including onboarding, orientation training, attendance management, termination, and other duties as required.\nCoordinate the recruiting process, including job postings, CV screening, scheduling interviews, conducting reference checks and etc.\nWork as key point of contact with local universities and organize local recruiting events.\nWork closely with the business leaders and people team to conduct various engagement activities to ensure employees have a great experience through the employee life cycle from onboarding to termination.\nEnsure HR policies and procedures are up-to-date and compliant with local labor laws.\nPerform any other duties or HR projects assigned by direct supervisor.\nQualifications:\nBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related major.\nMinimum of 5 years of experience in Admin or HR related roles.\nFluency in both English, Chinese and Cantonese is required.\nFamiliar with local labor regulations\nHigh level of professionalism and integrity.\nStrong organizational and multi-tasking abilities, good communication skills.\nGood command of Office software.\nSelf-starter, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and as part of a team, and exercise sound judgement.\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
