Responsibilities include designing high density 800V Isolated DCDC, 48V Intermediate bus, and 12V Multiphase Buck converters. The role also requires IC & system level circuit debugging, writing datasheets and application/design notes, and providing application support and technical training.\nEssential Functions\nWork with design engineers, field applications team, and marketing to define and design power modules/ICs for AI, data center applications.\n\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee the end-to-end manufacturing process and ensure successful product delivery.\n\nProvide application technical support and technical training for key customers and field application engineers.\n\nDevelop application reference circuits and system level power management solutions for high performance computing, networking, server and cloud markets.\n\nQualifications\nMSEE or higher required.\n\nHands-on experience with switch-mode power conversion, including DC-DC, AC-DC, inverters, or power-management IC applications.\n\nDemonstrated design, validation, debug, or optimization experience in one or more of: high-density DC-DC converters, 800V isolated DC-DC, 48V intermediate-bus architectures, or multiphase buck converters for CPU/GPU power delivery.\n\nExperience with PMICs, power modules, power supplies, or semiconductor applications is strongly preferred.\n\nExperience at a power-supply manufacturer, power-semiconductor, power-management IC company, or system-power architect company is a plus.\n\nAbility to develop and communicate reference designs, test results, application guidance, and technical documentation.\n\nStrong written, presentation, and cross-functional communication skills in English.\n\nComfortable collaborating with customers and internal engineering, product, and field teams.\n\nSelf-motivated, hands-on problem solver.\n\nLocations:\nSan Jose, California\n\nKirkland, Washington\n\nMPS offers a comprehensive benefits package.
