This candidate will work closely with analog, digital, layout and other technical stakeholders to ensure that the product/system is capable of meeting desired technical and business requirements . In addition, the ideal candidate will also act as a hands-on individual contributor with ownership of analog blocks.\nEssential Functions:\nCoordinates top level and block development\nEnsure product development adheres to consistent standards and schedules\nAbility to translate system level requirement into detail block level operating specifications\nAbility to own and drive transistor level design\nDrive top level and DFT simulations\nParticipates in the entire product development cycle, from product definition through qualification.\nQualifications:\nBSEE / MSEE with 10+ years of experience\nPrecision analog/mixed signal circuit design experience\nFamiliarity with design tools such as Cadence Analog and Mixed Signal Tool Suite, JAMA, GIT\nPrior experience with system Verilog or similar modeling is desired\nDemonstrate ability to successfully bring products to market\nGood verbal and written skills\nLocation:\nChandler, AZ or Raleigh, NC\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
