Build channel and connect to MPS customers;\n2. Manage and develop key accounts to achieve the sales goal and drive new design-ins and design-wins;\n3. Customer relationship building;\n4. Coordinate with distributors on sales forecast, customer demand and inventory control;\n5. Coordinate with FAE and Marketing team on new product promotion and new market penetration.\nRequirements:\n1. Bachelors in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science/Engineering, over 3 years experience above in sales/ marketing of Analog or Mix signal IC;\n2. Experience with power management is preferred;\n3. Good communications skills and excellent interpersonal skills;\n4. Positive and aggressive attitude;\n5.
