Our portfolio of technology helps power our world ---come join our team and see how YOU can make a difference.\nJob Description:\nBased in Taipei, this role reports to the Taiwan Controller and will be responsible for auditing Taiwan distributors to ensure compliance with company policies, distributor contracts and POS and inventory standards as well as. overseeing the end-to-end processing of customer product claims including claim tracking, review and audit, negotiation, and settlement. This role ensures audit consistency, accurate reporting, and timely resolution of findings.\nEssential Functions:\nSupport on-site distributor audits, end customer reviews and participate in distributors' inventory cycle counts.\n\nAnalysis of distributors' reports, system data and MPS internal reports.\n\nWorks closely with MPS' sales, finance, legal and customer service departments.\n\nWork with Manager on monthly reviews, reporting and communication of distributor performance metrics and audits.\n\nAssist in capturing and analyzing business data, generating periodic business analysis reports.\n\nConduct data analysis according to the requirements of the supervisor and produce corresponding analysis reports.\n\nAccounting & financial support for MPS' month-end close process and other ad hoc projects.\n\nEfficiently monitor claims administration and negotiation progress to reduce claim costs and drive best practices.\n\nOversee the intake, validity and processing of product claims and supporting documents.\n\nQualifications:\nMinimum of 3 years' experience in accounting or audit\n\nBS/BA degree in accounting or related field\n\nUnderstanding of channel models and pricing implications in the channel\n\nRelevant industry experience with sales and sales channels preferred\n\nEnglish writing and speaking ability Required\n\nCPA or CIA certification preferred.\n\nMonolithic Power Systems, Inc.
