The company’s rich legacy includes a library that can be traced back hundreds of years, featuring famed typefaces like Helvetica, Futura, Times New Roman and more. Monotype specializes in the design, development, licensing, and management of typefaces and font technologies for the world’s biggest global brands and individual creative professionals, offering a wide set of solutions that make it easier for them to do what they do best: design beautiful brand experiences.\nWant to learn more about who we are, what we do, and how you can become part of our team of over 1,000 talented employees across the globe? Visit us at www.monotype.com.\nWe are looking for a Senior Program Manager, Revenue Operations to take the initiatives that improve how we sell and turn them into delivered, adopted reality. This person is the connective tissue of our Revenue Operations team: the owner who takes a new product launch, a pricing change, a Salesforce improvement, or a process redesign from an idea on a roadmap through requirements, build, testing, rollout, and adoption - and then proves it worked.\nYou will run the RevOps program portfolio end to end, lead the go-to-market operational readiness for new products and offerings so the field can quote, sell, book, and report on day one. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Enablement, Deal Desk, and our Salesforce and Systems teams.\nThe ideal candidate is a finisher. You are organized enough to hold a dozen moving parts in a single credible plan, technical enough to write requirements a Salesforce team can build against, and persuasive enough to drive a decision out of a room of senior stakeholders when you own the outcome but not the org chart. You are equally comfortable running a steering review and building the checklist that keeps a launch from slipping.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nPart Program Manager, part GTM Engineer, own end-to-end delivery of the Revenue Operations program portfolio - driving initiatives from intake and scoping through requirements, build, testing, launch, adoption, and post-launch measurement, and maintaining a single source of truth for status, owners, dependencies, decisions, and risk. \nPartner with salesforce team in scoping, design and execution of RevOps process change needs \nTranslate business problems into build-ready requirements - write user stories, process flows, and acceptance criteria for the Salesforce and Systems teams, coordinate and run UAT, and own the “what and why” of the change while the systems team owns the build. \nServe as the go-to-market operational lead for new product, offering, and packaging launches - own the GTM readiness plan and checklist spanning product and price book setup, quoting and order forms, discount and approval rules, contracting and entitlement handoffs, provisioning, reporting and dashboards, and field enablement - so we can quote, sell, book, and report accurately from day one. \nEnsure sufficient change management across GTM process initiatives - stakeholder mapping, communication plans, training and enablement, documentation, and adoption tracking - so new ways of working are actually adopted rather than quietly abandoned. \nDrive continuous operational improvement - map current-state processes across the lead-to-cash motion, identify friction, manual effort, and broken handoffs, quantify the cost, and drive a prioritized queue of fixes to completion. \nEstablish and run the program governance cadence - steering reviews with GTM leadership, status reporting, decision and risk logs, and clear escalation paths that keep initiatives unblocked and leaders informed without additional meetings. \nOwn post-merger integration RevOps work streams to ensure data integrity, go-to-market execution and process builds support integration goals and targets \nDefine and track success metrics for every program - baseline the before state, measure the after state, and report adoption and business impact rather than completion. \nBuild and maintain the Revenue Operations process library - SOPs, rules of engagement, playbooks- so our processes are discoverable, teachable, and durable as the organization scales. \nPartner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance, Product, Legal, Enablement, Deal Desk, and Systems to align on scope, sequencing, and ownership, and to keep programs moving when priorities compete. \nIdentify opportunities to apply AI, automation, and improved workflows to remove manual effort from GTM processes and raise the productivity of the revenue organization. \nWhat We’re Looking For:\n5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Programs, Business Operations, a GTM-focused PMO, or management consulting, including direct ownership of cross-functional projects from intake through adoption. \nExperience in SaaS, technology, B2B sales, or high-growth organizations, ideally with recurring or subscription revenue models. \nA demonstrated track record of shepherding cross-functional programs to completion in environments where you owned the outcome without formal authority over the people delivering it. \nStrong Salesforce fluency - able to write clear requirements and user stories, speak credibly about objects, data structures, quoting/CPQ, and process automation. You do not need to be an administrator, but you must be able to hold your own with one. \nExperience with go-to-market launch readiness - supporting or owning the operational side of new product, offering, or packaging launches. \nExposure to pricing operations - rate cards, discount and approval governance, deal desk, or quote-to-cash process - and comfort translating commercial decisions into operational requirements. \nDemonstrated change management and enablement experience: communication planning, training, documentation, and adoption measurement. \nStrong process design and documentation discipline - you can map a messy current state, design a better one, and write it down so it survives you. \nComfort with reporting and BI tools such as Salesforce reporting, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker - enough to baseline a process, measure the change, and defend the numbers. \nExperience with project and work management tooling (e.g., Jira, Asana, Smartsheet, Monday) and pragmatic use of agile or hybrid delivery methods. \nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to run a steering conversation with senior leaders and drive a clear decision. \nStrong bias for action, high attention to detail, and comfort managing multiple concurrent priorities in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment. \nGrowth mindset and willingness to learn and adopt new tools, including AI and automation platforms. \nNice to have: Salesforce Administrator or CPQ certification, or a project/change management credential such as PMP, Prosci, or Scrum. \nWhat’s in it for you:\nHybrid work arrangements and competitive paid time off programs. \nComprehensive commercial medical insurance coverage to meet all your healthcare needs. \nCompetitive compensation with corporate bonus program & uncapped commission for quota-carrying Sales \nA creative, innovative, and global working environment in the creative and software technology industry \nHighly engaged Events Committee to keep work enjoyable. \nReward & Recognition Programs (including President’s Club for all functions) \nProfessional onboarding program, including robust targeted training for Sales function \nDevelopment and advancement opportunities (high internal mobility across organization) \nRetirement planning options to save for your future, and so much more! \nMonotype is an Equal Opportunities Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status.\nThe US pay range for this position is $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 annual base salary for external candidates with the appropriate level of experience. A corporate bonus will also be offered as part of this role. The final annual base salary offered will be based on location and experience level, and could be less for internal applicants depending upon experience. The job application window for this role is 30 days from the posting date.","description_format":"text","description_chars":8553,"description_truncated":false,"requirements":{"experience_years_min":5,"management_years_min":null,"team_size_min":null,"manages_managers":false,"education":null,"security_clearance":false,"languages":[]},"benefits":["Health insurance","Hybrid work","Insurance coverage","Retirement plans"],"hiring_locations":[{"name":"United States","iso":"US","kind":"country"}],"hiring_excludes":[],"relocation_offered":false,"industries":["Design & Creative","Digital Media"],"lifecycle":[{"event":"open","at":"2026-10-01T15:11:37Z"}],"visa":[],"liveness":{"score":88,"band":"hot","label":"Hiring now","p_open":1,"p_active":0.881,"p_room":1,"age_days":10,"expected_fill_days":31,"reasons":["conf:3","velocity","win:early"],"computed_at":"2026-10-12T06:55:09Z"},"pay":{"stated_usd_annual":125000,"is_top_pay":false},"html_url":"https://alion.io/job/monotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations","json_url":"https://alion.io/job/monotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations.json","meta":{"generated_at":"2026-10-12T12:04:34Z","cache_seconds":300,"methodology":"https://alion.io/methodology","terms":"https://alion.io/terms","contact":"https://alion.io/contact","api":"https://alion.io/developers","about":"Alion is a live layer of people, companies and AI agents: who they are, whether they are real and active right now, what they do and how to work with them, readable by people and by agents and paid per call.","catalog":"https://alion.io/catalog.json","usage":{"tier":"crawler_verified","counted_by":"address","units_charged":1,"used_today":18887,"day_limit":null,"remaining_today":null,"minute_limit":300,"resets_at":"2026-10-13T00:00:00Z"}},"offers":[{"id":"company.slices","title":"One company in depth, by slice","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002,"plus_per_slice":{"credits":0.05,"usd":0.005}},"unit":"per company, plus each slice with data","note":"the employer in depth","call":{"mcp_tool":"get_company","arguments":{"id":100109},"rest":"https://alion.io/mcp/rest/get_company?id=100109"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.slices&for=job%2Fmonotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations"},{"id":"market.stats","title":"A market slice: pay, demand and time to fill","status":"live","price":{"credits":1,"usd":0.1},"unit":"per slice","note":"pay, demand and time to fill for this role and place","call":{"mcp_tool":"market_stats"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=market.stats&for=job%2Fmonotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations"},{"id":"job.search","title":"Open jobs by role, technology, place, pay and visa","status":"live","price":{"credits":0.02,"usd":0.002},"unit":"per posting in a list","note":"similar open postings","call":{"mcp_tool":"search_jobs"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=job.search&for=job%2Fmonotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations"},{"id":"company.verify","title":"Is this company real and active right now","status":"pilot","price":null,"unit":"per company","request":{"url":"https://alion.io/catalog/request","method":"POST","body":"{\"offer\": \"company.verify\", \"for\": \"job/monotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations\", \"note\": \"what you need it for\"}"},"human":"https://alion.io/catalog?offer=company.verify&for=job%2Fmonotype-senior-program-manager-revenue-operations"}]}
