A Day in the Life:
As the Director National Account Execution - Walmart, you will lead and develop the assigned National Account Execution Managers (NAEM) driving business growth across existing territory of Walmart accounts. Collaborate closely with internal cross-fictional teams, bottlers, and key stakeholders to deliver execution excellence and align with strategic business objectives.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Lead the execution strategy for the Walmart business, partnering with Walmart, the Coca-Cola bottling system, and internal cross-functional teams to achieve sales, market share, distribution, and profitability objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with Walmart Operation Leaders, Coca-Cola bottling partners, and key internal teams to drive alignment, collaboration, and business growth.
- Create and execute strategic customer business plans that align Monster Energy’s brand objectives with Walmart’s priorities, delivering sustainable growth and mutual value.
- Lead Joint Business Planning processes with internal stakeholders and bottling partners to align on goals and develop strategies to drive distribution, display execution and performance around key Walmart service metrics.
- Collaborate with Coca-Cola bottling partners to ensure effective execution of national and regional initiatives, including distribution gains, void closure, new item launches, in-stock performance, and promotional programs.
- Analyze customer, consumer, competitive, and market data to identify trends, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations that drive business results.
- Serve as the central point of communication for Walmart-related business initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate coordination of promotional activities, execution priorities, and performance updates across all stakeholders.
- Anticipate and address business challenges by proactively identifying risks, resolving issues, and implementing solutions that improve customer performance, operational execution, and overall business results.
- Evaluate business opportunities, investments, and strategic decisions with a strong understanding of their financial impact on Walmart, Monster Energy, and the Coca-Cola bottling system.
- Effectively prioritize resources, projects, and competing business demands while maintaining focus on key objectives and delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate leadership by fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and customer focus while serving as a positive representative of Monster Energy Company.
Who You Are:
- Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of -- Business, Marketing, Finance or related field of study
- More than 7 years of experience in retail sales
- More than 5 years of experience in beverage, consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry Computer Skills Desired: Proficiency in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Experience with forecasting, Nielsen/IRI, POS and inventory reports.
- Ability to travel a minimum of 50% of the time
Monster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below. Actual compensation may vary based on skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
Pay Range
$90,090—$154,000 USD
