Join us.\nA Day in the Life:\nThe Project Manager will support the Promotion Assets Manager with domestic and international projects from inception to completion. This role coordinates projects such as apparel requests, launch kits, promotional items and other special projects, working closely with business stakeholders to keep initiatives on track and on budget. The Project Manager will serve as the central hub connecting Field Teams, Brand Marketing, Licensing and external partners. This role will also be responsible for navigating inventory management systems to order and track existing promotional items as needed. The Project Manager will be highly organized and able to communicate effectively with all cross-functional partners.\nThe Impact You'll Make:\nProject Management: Guide domestic and international projects from start to finish while keeping it on time, within scope, and on budget and keeping project stakeholders informed as required.\nManage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling cross-functional meetings, routing assets for approvals, submitting creative tickets and tracking project timelines.\nParticipate in project related business discussions to ensure requirements are well understood, appropriately documented, and adequately addressed by the solution.\nServe as the central hub connecting Field Teams, Brand Marketing, and Licensing teams to keep campaign timelines aligned.\nMonitor market trends and consumer behaviors to drive data-backed strategies when developing creative materials.\nTranslate Ideas into Execution: Work with cross-functional partners on bringing creative ideas to life.\nWho You Are:\nBachelors degree in Marketing or other related fields. \nBetween 3-5 years of experience in Project Management. \nBetween 1-3 years of experience in CPG and or product development. \nAdvanced in Excel, Outlook, Powerpoint, SAP, Sharepoint. \nMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
