Join us.\nA Day in the Life:\nIn the position of QA Engineer II, you will be responsible for supporting and improving the Compliance and Quality Assurance (QA) processes across the region. This includes quality compliance auditing of suppliers and contract\nmanufacturers, investigations into consumer complaints and non-conformances, and supporting the QA Manager/Director in the management of the QA function.\nThe Impact You'll Make:\nConduct scheduled Internal and External Quality / Food Safety Management System Audits as assigned. Manage the remediation process associated with each audit.\nProvide QA leadership updates on assigned projects such as site risk assessments, environmental evaluations, water qualifications, and special projects assigned by management. Support site improvement projects as necessary.\nImprove the Company Quality Management Systems.\nConduct investigations into consumer complaints and non-conformances.\nParticipate, support, and execute validation activities as necessary to support business needs.\nAnalyze data, interpreting data, and then reporting as needed.\nPerform other duties as required in support of the running of the regional Quality department\nWho You Are:\nPrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of --Engineering, Microbiology, Chemistry, or other relevant technical degree.\nAdditional Experience Desired: Between 3-5 years of experience in a technical position in a food/dietary supplement or Pharma manufacturer\nAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in a variety of testing\nComputer Skills Desired: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite. Statistical Analysis software experience such as MiniTab/GraphPad preferred.\nPreferred Certifications: HACCP, PCQI, Auditing preferred.\nAdditional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in Food and Drug Administration regulated industries preferred.\nMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
