Assist and collaborate with Purchasing, Accounts Payable, Customer Service, and Billing Departments with inventory related issues.\nResolve inventory issues and make corrections in a timely manner.\nEnsure remote plants report accurate counts at month-end.\nStudy receipts, sale order shipments, and postings to endure seamless and accurate flow of product.\nConsistently provide timely and accurate inventory information and counts to the Inventory Control Lead as needed.\nAssist Inventory Control Lead with reconciliation of inventory discrepancies at month and quarter end.\nParticipate in random cycle counts, physical audits, and perform full physical counts if needed. Travel will be as needed.\nPrepare and communicate inventory status, exceptions, aging items, and reconciliation updates to leadership and cross-functional partners to support operational decision-making.\nFollow inventory control policies, audit requirements, and compliance procedures to ensure proper documentation, approval, and evidence retention for inventory transactions.\nPerforms other inventory related duties as required.\nWho You Are:\nPrefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of Business Administration or related field of study, or combination of work experience\nAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in inventory related field\nAdditional Experience Desired: Minimum 1 year of experience in basic accounting\nComputer Skills Desired: Proficient skill and demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office suite.\nDemonstrated experience with SAP Material Management Module\nAble to travel to conduct physical counts when needed.\n\nMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is listed below.
