We're looking for a Project Manager to join our IT PMO team and be the driving force behind technology projects that keep our business unstoppable. In this role, you'll lead IT projects from kickoff through completion, working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to keep initiatives on track, on budget, and aligned with company goals. You'll bring structure and clarity to complex projects, helping our teams move forward with focus and confidence. You will operate independently with minimal oversight, driving cross-functional alignment across business and IT while influencing stakeholders and executives. If you enjoy solving problems, keeping people aligned, and helping technology run smoothly behind the scenes, join us and help fuel what’s next.\nThe Impact You'll Make:\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.\nLead cross-functional project teams composed of IT staff, business stakeholders, and third-party vendors through all phases of the project lifecycle - initiation, planning, design/requirements gathering, development (including integration coordination), QA testing, UAT, and closure.\nServe as the primary liaison between business sponsors, technical teams, and executive leadership, ensuring alignment on objectives, priorities, and expectations.\nTrack and report project status, milestones, budget performance, and key metrics using PMO standard tools and templates (e.g., dashboards, RAID logs, status reports).\nIdentify, assess, and manage project risks and issues, escalating appropriately and driving resolution in a timely manner\nManage project scope and change control, evaluating change requests for impact on schedule, cost, and resources.\nFacilitate project meetings, including kickoffs, status updates, steering committee reviews, and retrospectives.\nEnsure adherence and adoption of PMO governance standards, methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, hybrid), and documentation requirements.\nCoordinate resource planning and allocation with functional managers to ensure project staffing needs are met.\nManage vendor, SI, and contractor relationships, including scope adherence, deliverables, and contract compliance.\nSupport budget forecasting, tracking, and reconciliation for assigned projects.\nDrive post-implementation reviews and lessons-learned sessions following a major release to support continuous improvement of PMO practices.\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation in the PMO's project management system.\nAct as an ambassador for the PMO and project management functions.\nWho You Are:\nBachelor's degree in project management, business administration, information technology, or related field is required. Advanced degree preferred\n5+ years of experience managing complex, enterprise-grade IT projects with multi-system dependencies. Preference within a formal PMO structure.\nExperience working within IT environments and familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) and enterprise-grade applications.\nExperience managing Salesforce platform projects, including implementations, enhancements, integrations, data flows, and ongoing application management.\nDemonstrated ability to operate independently with minimal oversight.\nProven ability to drive cross-functional alignment across business and IT and influence stakeholders and executives without direct authority.Skills & Competencies\n\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Scrum, hybrid approaches)\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.\nStrong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple, concurrent priorities\nDemonstrated ability to lead teams without direct authority and drive accountability across departments.\nSolid understanding of budgeting, financial tracking, and resource management principles.\nAnalytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to risk identification and mitigation.\nStrong vendor and SI partner management skills specific to Salesforce delivery\nProficient with Microsoft Suite and project management tools. ClickUp and LucidChart or equivalent preferred. \nMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation. The estimated annual salary range for this position is listed below.
