Join us.\nA Day in the Life:\nEvery can that rolls off the line depends on the equipment behind it-and the people who keep it running. As a Production Line Mechanic on 2nd shift (Monday-Friday, 2:00pm-12:00am), you’ll be the one diagnosing problems, making repairs, and keeping our high-speed production lines moving safely and efficiently. From preventive maintenance and equipment changeovers to troubleshooting when something isn’t running right, you’ll use your mechanical know-how to solve problems on the floor and minimize downtime. If you’d rather get your hands on a problem and figure out how to fix it than stand on the sidelines, this is your kind of job.\nThe Impact You'll Make:\nConduct routine maintenance checks on machines and equipment used in production. Install, diagnose, analyze, maintain, modify, repair and/or rebuild a variety of plant and facility equipment.\nPerform preventive maintenance tasks, such as checking, cleaning, or repairing equipment to detect and prevent problems to ensure that machines continue to run smoothly and operate efficiently; basic electrical equipment problems such as changing fuses, buttons, and switches.\nContribute significantly to the manufacturing process by ensuring product quality, safety, and efficient operations. Commit to safety and GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices).\nExamine manufactured products and identifying faults or defects. Paying attention to details and practicing analytical techniques help them improve productivity\nMaintain accurate documentation for assignments, machine repairs, parts inventory, and maintenance logs\nAssist production personnel in change-over and set-ups. Provide consultation on correct maintenance and preventative measures to machine users\nUtilize specific knowledge for a variety of skilled trades, including but not limited to, production and facility machinery and equipment, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, pipefitting, carpentry, utilities, etc.\nWho You Are:\nPrefer a technical degree or license in mechanical maintenance or related field of study\n1-3 years of experience in performing preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repair\nComputer Skills: Microsoft Office - ability to modify basic reports, documents, and spreadsheets in Word and Excel \nPreferred Certifications: Electrical or mechanical engineering \nRequired:Beverageindustryand/orhigh-speedmanufacturingexperience.\n\nMonster Energy provides competitive total compensation.
