You’ll be challenged, supported, and trusted to deliver.\n\nWe’re looking for a Solution Architect who’s ready to roll up their sleeves, take ownership, and build with us — through the grind and the wins.\n\n**Solution Architect\n\n**The Solution Architect is responsible for designing and delivering technical solutions that enable customers to successfully adopt and integrate Monta into their existing technology environments. The role spans pre-sales and post-sales, with a primary focus on solution architecture, hands-on enterprise integrations, and the design and execution of customer migration projects.\n\n**Primary Responsibilities\n\n**\n\nLead technical discovery to understand customer requirements, existing systems, integration needs and migration complexity.\n\nDesign, develop, test and implement integrations between Monta and enterprise systems such as ERP, CRM, finance and data platforms.\n\nDesign and execute customer migration projects, including technical assessments, migration planning, cutover strategies, testing and validation.\n\nDefine scalable solution architectures, integration approaches, data flows and technical specifications.\n\nSupport Solution Engineers and Sales during pre-sales with architecture design, integration feasibility, migration scoping and technical risk assessments.\n\nCollaborate with customer IT teams, Product and Engineering to troubleshoot technical issues, resolve implementation challenges and ensure successful customer onboarding.\n\n**Core Skills And Experience\n\n**\n\nProven experience in a Solution Architect, Integration Architect or similar customer-facing technical role.\n\nHands-on experience building and implementing enterprise SaaS integrations, not solely designing or overseeing them.\n\nExperience planning and executing complex customer migrations, including technical discovery, cutover planning, testing and issue resolution.\n\nExperience integrating enterprise business systems such as ERP, CRM, finance or data and analytics platforms.\n\nStrong customer communication, technical problem-solving and solution design skills, with professional English.\n\n**Preferred / Nice-to-Have Experience\n\n**\n\nExperience with platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, Databricks, Salesforce, SAP or similar.\n\nExperience migrating customers between enterprise SaaS platforms, including data migration, system configuration and service continuity.\n\nExperience supporting both pre-sales solution design and post-sales implementation.\n\nExperience in EV charging, energy, mobility, IoT or similarly complex technology ecosystems.\n\nWith experience supporting customers across Western Europe.\n\n**_If the mission excites you but your experience isn’t a perfect 1:1 match, apply anyway — we care about potential, not perfection.\n\n_**Primary Outcome\n\n_Design and deliver reliable enterprise integrations and successful customer migrations that accelerate onboarding, minimise disruption and enable revenue activation.\n\n_**AI Competency\n\n**You’ll be expected to work with AI-powered tools.
