The position also supports staff training, competency, and workflow optimization.\nKey Responsibilities\nSupervise and coordinate daily imaging operations, staff, and resource allocation\nEnsure technical staff competency and adherence to imaging protocols and quality standards\nAssign schedules and ensure adequate 24/7 staffing coverage\nMaintain compliance with radiation safety, departmental policies, and regulatory requirements\nPromote patient and staff safety and continuous quality improvement\nConduct monthly quality assurance reviews and report findings\nTrain and support staff in PACS, Epic, and related imaging systems\nMonitor workflows to improve efficiency and service delivery\nSchedule\nElongated shifts every other weekend: Saturday & Sunday: 12:00 PM - 12:00 AM\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience\nNYS Department of Health Licensed Radiologic Technologist required\nARRT Registered Radiologic Technologist with CT or MRI certification required\nPrior experience in imaging operations or supervisory role\nStrong knowledge of imaging protocols, radiation safety, and regulatory compliance\nProficiency with PACS, Epic, and imaging systems\nDemonstrated leadership, organizational, and communication skills\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
