This role translates care delivery and clinical operations into clear, concise reports and visualizations to support quality improvement, operational decision-making, and research initiatives.\nThis position is for 5 years and is fully grant-funded.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\nDesign and conduct healthcare and nursing-focused analyses related to patient outcomes, patient experience, quality, and performance improvement.\nDevelop reports, dashboards, and visualizations using Excel and Power BI for clinical, nursing, and leadership audiences.\nTranslate care delivery processes and clinical workflows into actionable, easy-to-understand insights.\nDesign and implement data collection tools for research and quality Improvement initiatives.\nCollaborate with clinicians, nurses, researchers, and administrators to ensure data is accurate.\nClean and manage datasets.\nProduce accurate, timely management reports and standardized analytics.\nConduct statistical analyses and prepare tables, charts, and summaries to document findings.\nPresent results in formats tailored to clinical, nursing, administrative, and external audiences.\nManage analytic projects with appropriate documentation to ensure continuity of grant requirements\nRequired Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree or higher in Health Informatics, Public Health, Data Analytics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience\nExperience working with healthcare, clinical data or equivalent\nStrong proficiency in Excel, including data analysis and reporting\nExperience creating data visualizations and dashboards using Power BI\nAbility to translate clinical and care delivery data into clear, concise reports\nKnowledge of patient confidentiality and healthcare data standards\nPreferred Qualifications\nHighly organized\nExperience in a hospital or clinical setting\nFamiliarity with nursing, quality improvement, or care delivery workflows\nExperience with enterprise healthcare data systems or databases\nStrong written and verbal communication skills for diverse audiences\nWorking Conditions\nHybrid- in person and remote\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
