You will partner closely with colleagues at Montefiore/UBA’s Clinical Support Program (CSP), who provide assessments/consultations and referrals to Bronx families involved in the child welfare system. This role is ideal for someone passionate about community outreach, resource navigation, and client support, with strong knowledge of New York City (especially Bronx) service systems.\nWhat You’ll Do\nYou’ll oversee and streamline all intake and administrative operations for UBA Child Welfare programs, including:\nCoordinate and manage all incoming consult requests.\nEnsure smooth workflow across teams, working closely with supervisors to balance caseloads and meet funder expectations.\nServe as a key liaison with funders and community providers to maintain strong collaboration and service quality.\nReview clinical requests and track key deliverables, ensuring services are timely, accurate, and impactful.\nOversee charting compliance\nProvide ancillary supervision, facilitate team meetings, and conduct in-service trainings as needed.\nWhat You Bring\nMSW, Mental Health Counseling, or related clinical master's degree required\n1-3 years’ experience working with families involved in or at risk of child welfare involvement.\n1-3 years of clinical experience.\nStrong organizational, managerial, and communication skills.\nComfort with computer systems including Microsoft Office\nExperience serving low-income and culturally diverse populations.\nWhy This Role Matters\nBe part of the largest employer in the Bronx, with 200+ locations and extensive opportunities for growth\nWork in a collaborative environment where your expertise directly improves child welfare outcomes\nCompetitive salary and a comprehensive benefits package\nStarting Salary: $72,800\nLocation: 334 E. 148th St., 2nd Fl., Bronx, NY 10451 (some travel required)\nSchedule: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
