Must be able to understand the needs of the leadership and create executive summary reports as well as detailed analytics to support the continuing growth of the partnership.\nKey duties include:\nPrepare monthly Accounts Receivable Analysis and journal entries to support month end close process; Reconcile Monthly Revenue to Lock Box and provide approval for funds transfer to Amazon; Reconcile detailed visit and billing transactions to monthly statement, and work with Amazon One team to identify and resolve issues; Partner with IT to develop and maintain (Power BI) KPI dashboard.\nQualifications:\nWorking knowledge of Physician practice/revenue cycle management required.\nBachelor’s in finance, Healthcare Management, or Accounting Required - Masters Preferred\nCombination of 3-5 years of experience within Healthcare Revenue Cycle and Finance Required\nExperience with Power BI and SQL Preferred\nStrong Excel skills (pivot table, v-lookups, macros, etc)\nWorking knowledge of EPIC Preferred\nCritical thinking skills and the ability to manage time and multiple concurrent projects\nMontefiore Medical Center is an equal employment opportunity employer.
