What you'll do

• Build, maintain, and extend Python applications on our commercial projects
• Use AI to leverage and improve your work
• Design and optimize databases and background processing for performance and reliability
• Work with cloud infrastructure and modern deployment practices
• Take ownership of complex systems - improving, refactoring, and keeping them healthy
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, testers and clients; review code, and share technical decisions

What we're looking for

• Technical core: strong hands-on Python experience with Django, Flask. FastAPI
• Data & infrastructure: good knowledge of PostgreSQL and practical experience with AWS (or a comparable cloud)
• DevOps mindset: familiarity with Terraform is a strong plus
• Ownership: comfortable managing and enhancing complex systems
• Communication: fluent English and Polish

Rates & contract

B2B contract, billed hourly

Mid: up to 90 PLN/hour

Senior: up to 120 PLN/hour

Final rate depends on project scope and your experience
