office and risk teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions\n\nTroubleshoot and resolve complex production issues in critical systems\n\nImprove system scalability, performance, and reliability\n\nContribute to system design and modernization of legacy platforms\n\nWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices\n\nCollaborating with developers across Poland and Canada\n\nParticipating in code reviews, discussing technical improvements, and sharing best practices\n\nUsing GitHub, Jira, and Jenkins for CI/CD and task management\n\nTeam & Collaboration\n5 (Montrose) + around 30 on the client’s side, including developers, QAs, Business Analysts, and Project Managers\n\nRegular meetings:\n3 short standups per week (Montrose team)\n\n1
