professionally in this field.\nWhat you will learn\nHow a B2B marketing and sales funnel works in practice, from first contact to closed deal\n\nHow to plan and settle the logistics and budget of conferences and industry events\n\nHow to work with a CRM and with marketing automation tools\n\nHow to use AI tools effectively in day-to-day marketing work\n\nHow marketing decisions are made - you will sit in on strategic meetings with the Business Development Team from the start\n\nYour responsibilities\nEvents & conferences (administration and logistics)\nHelping to organise the company's attendance at conferences and industry events: registrations, tickets, passes and deadlines\n\nHelping to coordinate travel and accommodation for team members attending events\n\nOrdering and tracking marketing materials (roll-ups, business cards, prints)\n\nKeeping an events calendar and a simple summary of contacts and outcomes after each event\n\nInvoices & documentation support\nHelping to handle marketing invoices together with the finance team: collecting documents from vendors, checking details, passing them on for approval and tracking payment status\n\nHelping to keep the marketing budget tracker up to date (subscriptions, tools, events, campaigns)\n\nHelping with agreements, order confirmations and other paperwork with vendors, event organisers and agencies\n\nKeeping marketing files, folders and documentation tidy and easy to find\n\nDay-to-day team support\nSupporting the Growth Manager and Head of Business Development in daily marketing operations\n\nScheduling meetings, preparing agendas and following up on action points\n\nPreparing simple lists and summaries in Google Sheets\n\nHelping with the preparation of marketing campaigns (events, mailing, LinkedIn), mostly on the coordination and administrative side at first\n\nLearning to work with our marketing tool stack: ClickUp, Instantly, Calendly, Apollo.io, ChatGPT/Claude, FigJam, Hotjar\n\nParticipating in strategic meetings with the Business Development Team\n\nRequirements\nGood organisational skills and attention to detail- you keep track of deadlines, documents and small details\n\nConfidence using AI tools such as ChatGPT or Claude in everyday work (drafting, summarising, researching, organising information), and curiosity about getting better at it\n\nBasic knowledge of G Suite, especially Google Sheets and Google Forms\n\nFluent Polish and English, both written and spoken\n\nWillingness to take on administrative tasks: invoices, registrations, forms, records\n\nA clear interest in marketing and a genuine wish to develop in this direction\n\nOpenness to new tools and a proactive approach to problem-solving\n\nAvailability to come to our Kraków office when needed \n\nNice to have\nStudies in marketing, management, communication or a related field (current students welcome)\n\nAny first marketing experience- an internship, a student organisation, a university project, running social media for a club or a side project\n\nCompleted marketing courses or certificates\n\nAny experience with administrative or office work\n\nExperience helping to organise events\n\nWhat
