industries and markets.\nResponsibilities:\nCollaborate with sales, technical, and delivery teams to understand client challenges and identify the most suitable Data & AI solutions.\n\nTake ownership of the presales process, from initial discussions and opportunity assessment to solution proposals, demonstrations, and client presentations.\n\nOrganize and lead client meetings and workshops to explore business needs, gather technical requirements, and define potential solutions.\n\nDesign Data & AI solutions tailored to client needs, using cloud technologies, data integration, analytics, and AI/ML capabilities.\n\nPrepare proposals, cost estimates, and business cases that clearly communicate the value of our solutions and support successful sales outcomes.\n\nKeep up with the latest developments in Data & AI, cloud platforms, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities and recommend innovative approaches.\n\nHelp improve our presales processes by developing reusable materials, solution templates, and best practices that make future projects more efficient.\n\nShare your knowledge and experience with colleagues, support team development, and contribute to building expertise across the organization.\n\nRequirements: \nAt least 5 years of professional experience in presales, solution architecture, technical consulting, or similar roles, preferably within Data & AI projects.\n\nSolid understanding of modern data platforms and cloud technologies, such as Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.\n\nHands-on knowledge of data integration, ETL/ELT processes, data modeling, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.\n\nGood understanding of AI/ML concepts and data science applications, with the ability to identify how these technologies can address real business challenges.\n\nStrong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical solutions in a clear, engaging, and business-oriented way.\n\nExperience working directly with clients and senior stakeholders, leading technical discussions, workshops, and solution presentations.\n\nAbility to prepare technical and commercial proposals, respond to RFPs, estimate project scope, and contribute to pricing discussions.\n\nA consultative mindset, with the ability to understand client needs, recommend suitable solutions, and help define technology strategies and roadmaps.\n\nStrong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities, prioritize tasks, and work effectively with cross-functional teams.\n\nA degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nExcellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, allowing you to confidently communicate with international clients and technical teams.\n\nNice to have:\nDatabricks certification (e.g., Databricks Certified Data Engineer
