The Hospital is focused on patient care, education, and research. The main priority of our client is to meet the individual needs of their patients. \nMontrose's main goal is to help with rebuilding the current system’s architecture, but also implement a data update tool for internal use that is integrated with their ticketing system. The project is currently in the planning phase, and soon will get into the implementation phase. The team is counting three people: an architect and two software developers but as soon as the project enters the development phase the team will need more Developers and Testers. \nYour responsibilities\nDesign, develop, and maintain software solutions.\n\nExplore new technologies and innovative approaches to problem-solving.\n\nBuild prototypes and Proofs of Concept (PoCs).\n\nCollaborate with teams to identify requirements and deliver solutions.\n\nEnsure code quality, reliability, and maintainability.\n\nTake ownership of technical tasks from concept to delivery.\n\nQualifications\n7+ years of software engineering experience, with strong Python expertise.\n\nAbility to work independently, rapidly prototype ideas, and solve ambiguous problems.\n\nHands-on experience with AI coding agents and LLM API integrations.\n\nFamiliarity with Spec-Driven Development (SDD).\n\nExperience with Git, Docker, and CI/CD practices.\n\nStrong problem-solving skills and a pragmatic, experimental mindset.\n\nFluent spoken and written English.\n\nNice to have\nKubernetes, Ansible, or cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).\n\nExperience building PoCs and taking ideas from concept to working solutions.\n\nExperience with AI agent orchestration and automation workflows.\n\nPlease note that the interview process is divided into four
