It takes the right people behind the scenes making sure everything is in the right place at the right time.\nAs our Clinical Operations Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring patients can access the care they need by keeping our clinical workforce organised, supported and ready to deliver exceptional care. From managing clinician rotas and appointment capacity to coordinating schedules and solving operational challenges, you'll be at the heart of our clinical operations.\nWorking closely with doctors, consultants, Patient Support and Pharmacy teams, you'll help balance patient demand with clinician availability, keeping clinics running efficiently and proactively identifying solutions before challenges arise. No two days are the same, and if you love organisation, enjoy problem solving and thrive in a fast paced environment, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.\nThis is a full time, permanent position, working 40 hours per week.\nThis is a hybrid role working 2 days in either our Winnersh or London Office 3 days remote.\nWhat will you be doing?\nYou will help keep our clinical services running efficiently by:\nBuilding, maintaining and publishing clinician rotas across the clinical team.\nPlanning clinical capacity to ensure appointment availability meets patient demand.\nMonitoring clinician utilisation and adjusting schedules to maximise efficiency.\nManaging annual leave, sickness, study leave and other planned absences.\nCoordinating shift changes and rota amendments while maintaining service coverage.\nIdentifying future capacity risks and implementing solutions before they affect patients.\nActing as the main operational contact for clinicians regarding schedules, availability and day to day queries.\nResolving scheduling and operational issues quickly to keep clinics running smoothly.\nWorking closely with Patient Support, Pharmacy and Clinical teams to deliver a seamless patient journey.\nSupporting the onboarding of new clinicians, including diary setup, rota planning and system access.\nProducing reports on clinician utilisation, appointment capacity and operational performance.\nAnalysing trends to support workforce planning and continuous improvement.\nEscalating operational risks or staffing concerns where appropriate.\nWhat do you need?\nWe are looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, can think ahead and is confident in managing multiple priorities.\nYou'll ideally have:\nExperience in healthcare operations, clinic coordination, workforce planning, rota coordination or medical administration.\nExperience managing rotas, schedules, diaries or operational planning in a fast paced environment.\nExcellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing demands.\nStrong communication skills with the confidence to build relationships across clinical and operational teams.\nGood IT skills, including experience using scheduling systems, spreadsheets or clinical software.\nA proactive, solutions focused mindset with strong analytical skills.\nThe ability to stay calm under pressure and adapt quickly to changing priorities.\nWhat we offer:\nGenerous Leave: 25 days holiday (rising to 27 after year one and 30 after year three) plus usual bank holidays.\nPension Matching: Up to 5% employer matching contributions.\nFlexibility and Wellness: Work from home options, cycle to work scheme, private healthcare and more.\nGrowth Opportunities: Collaborate across teams and represent Montu at events, with support to grow your skills and impact.\nEnhanced Maternity & Paternity Leave.\nAbout Us\nMontu UK is a leading digital health company specialising in cannabis based medicines (CBPM), dedicated to improving patient access to safe and effective treatments.
