Afterwards, you should also work from our Brussels Office, to cover the Flemish region.\nFlexible working hours including home working possibilities and a competitive renumeration package, including company car, fuel card, laptop, smartphone, meal vouchers, group and health insurances.\nThe chance to join a pleasant, growing and dynamic team and to work closely with senior management.\nPlenty of growth possibilities in an environment that stimulates learning and developing your potential.\nResponsibilities\nAfter internal training on our insurance products, customer segments and administrative tools, you will join MAB's Operations department, under the direct supervision of our Chief Operations Officer.\nYou manage MAB's Corporate Life portfolio customers (employer, sectoral and self-employed) for the Dutch-speaking part of the country.\nYou will be the backup of your account manager colleague, who manages the portfolio for the French speaking part of the country.\nYou establish and maintain a lasting relationship and collaboration with our customers and provide quality service, based on your business sector knowledge and expertise.\nYou listen to clients and look for opportunities to optimize their supplementary pension plans.\nYou meet and negotiate with market intermediaries (EB consultants, mega-brokers, …).\nYou represent MAB externally, during sector events, seminars, or other marketing activities.\nYou collaborate with the various internal departments of MAB to offer customers a high-quality service.\nYou define, monitor, and optimize MAB's sales and customer strategy.Role Requirements\nBachelor or Master in Insurance, Finance, (Applied) Economics, or other relevant background.\nMinimum 5 years experience in a similar job in the insurance, financial services or consultancy sector is a strong asset.\nYou are Dutch native speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English.\nStrong organizational, problem-solving as well as stakeholder management skills.\nPro-active, service minded, and detail oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast changing organisation with tight deadlines.\nGood knowledge of Microsoft Office software (including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Word).\nLocation\nBrussels or Liège, BelgiumEqual Opportunities Statement\nThe Monument Re Group is an Equal Opportunity employer.
