Backed by Y Combinator, FundersClub, and Transpose Platform, we're one of the fastest-growing AI startups and building an exceptional team in person that will shape the future of AI for financial institutions.\nAbout the Role\nWe're looking for an Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate Monumint's next phase of growth.\nYou'll own the full sales cycle, partnering with banks, credit unions, lenders, and fintechs to understand their business, navigate complex buying processes, and introduce AI across customer engagement and operations. You'll build relationships with executive teams, guide strategic evaluations, and help financial institutions adopt AI in some of their most important customer-facing workflows.\nYou'll work closely with the founders, influence product direction through customer feedback, and help build the enterprise sales playbook as Monumint continues to scale.\nWhat You'll Do\nOwn the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing enterprise-level deals.\nDevelop and maintain a robust pipeline of enterprise accounts, ensuring consistent deal flow.\nEstablish and nurture long-term relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.\nWork closely with Engineering and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored solutions.\nLead complex negotiations, ensuring win-win outcomes for both the client and the company.\nMeet and exceed sales targets, contributing to the company's overall revenue goals.\nWhat We're Looking For\nExperience in enterprise B2B SaaS sales, preferably selling into financial services / fintech.\nProven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.\nLarge ACV track record.\nStrong experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders.\nExcellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.\nAbility to understand customer needs and align them with the right solutions.\nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.\nBenefits & Perks\nCompetitive salary.\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.\nDaily lunch stipend-order whatever you want.\nUnlimited PTO and paid holidays.\nEpic team offsites (e.g., NYC, Topgolf, Tahoe weekends).\nCompensation\nSalary range for this role is $275,000 -
