From designing intuitive user experiences to building scalable backend systems and AI-powered workflows, you'll own features from idea to production and have a direct impact on our customers.\nWhat You'll Do\nDesign, build, and ship full-stack features.\nOwn work from concept to production, making thoughtful technical and product decisions along the way.\nBuild modern frontend experiences with React, Next.js, and scalable backend services.\nDevelop AI-powered workflows, automations, and integrations with the systems our customers rely on.\nIntegrate with CRMs, loan origination systems, core banking platforms, and third-party data providers.\nSupport customer onboarding, debug issues, and turn feedback into product improvements.\nImprove the reliability, performance, and scalability of our platform as we continue to grow.\nLeverage AI tools to move faster while maintaining a high bar for quality / engineering excellence.\nWhat We're Looking For\n3+ years of experience building production software, preferably at an early-stage startup.\nStrong experience with Node, TypeScript, React/Next.js, Postgres, Docker, and K8.\nExperience designing and building APIs, databases, and scalable distributed systems.\nStrong product instincts and the ability to take a half-formed problem and figure out the right shape before someone hands you a spec.\nExcellent communication skills and the ability to work directly with customers.\nLeverage AI tools with opinions about where they help and where they don't.\nThrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a high degree of ownership.\nBenefits & Perks\nCompetitive salary and meaningful equity packages.\nComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.\nDaily lunch stipend-order whatever you want.\nUnlimited PTO and paid holidays.\nEpic team offsites (e.g., NYC, Topgolf, Tahoe weekends).\nCompensation\nSalary range for this role is $150,000 -
