turn inputs into actions, and uphold trust through integrity.\n\nSkills and Competencies :\n\n- 6+ years of backend or platform engineering experience building scalable, production-grade systems\n\n- Strong proficiency in C#/.NET or Java, with expertise in object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and service-oriented architectures\n\n- Hands-on experience building RESTful APIs, distributed systems, and cloud-native applications using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS\n\n- Proven ability to own features and services throughout the software development lifecycle, from design through production support\n\n- Strong foundation in system design, algorithms, scalability, reliability, and operational excellence\n\n- Excellent communication, collaboration, and mentoring capabilities within Agile engineering environments\n\nEducation :\n\n- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience\n\nResponsibilities :\n\n- Design, develop, deploy, and support scalable backend services and APIs for a multi-tenant SaaS platform\n\n- Own significant features and technical components from architecture through production operations\n\n- Collaborate with product and engineering stakeholders to deliver robust, scalable, and customer-focused solutions\n\n- Contribute to architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical standards across the platform\n\n- Mentor engineers and promote engineering best practices throughout the organization\n\n- Ensure solutions meet scalability, security, reliability, and observability
